Cancel contract / Register return

Within 14 days, you can cancel your order using the form on the left and register a return for a refund.

Please enter your order number, as well as the same surname and email address used during checkout in the form, so that we can fetch your order in our system and process your cancellation or return request.

If the form is not yet active, your order has not been shipped. In this case, please contact our customer service at [email protected].
